Motion 2 (proposed by Jen Beato)

Motion 3 (proposed by Ashley Harmon)

“It is proposed to allow individual codes the opportunity to generate additional funds for their team via board approved fundraisers.  These additionally raised funds will be used at the team’s discretion to help with individual player’s travelling expenses for nationals, jersey kits, and equipment.  Codes will still be required to participate in club sanctioned events (golf tourney, pints on patio, pub quiz, etc.) in order to fulfil general club expenses including registration,  Peach Cup, and field rentals. Codes cannot individually solicit from current club sponsors and fundraising ideas need to be voted on and approved through the executive board.”

Motion 3 counter-motion  (proposed by Kieran Cronin)

“All fundraising is done by Clan na nGael as a whole club. No individual code is permitted to undertake fundraising for the partial (or complete) benefit of that code (or any limited combination of the four various Clan na nGael codes).”
